Creative Dining & Entertainment also known as “THE CONVENTION CONCIERGE by Creative Dining & Entertainment” is the premiere convention concierge service located in San Antonio, Texas.  Creative Dining & Entertainment assists the conventions’ meeting planner, attendees and exhibitors with restaurant and entertainment reservations, both in advance and on site at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention, the Marriott Rivercenter and the Grand Hyatt.

The concept of a concierge service located right on site at the convention center was an idea that came to Lori Horn while she was working as a National Sales Director for Marriott Corporation.  She realized that while there are concierges at the hotels assisting their guests, there was no one on site at the convention center doing the same.  Lori thought “why make the meeting planners, attendees and exhibitors go all the way back to their hotel to make their dining and entertainment arrangements.  We can help them right here, right now, on site at the convention center!”  Lori put together her business plan and Creative Dining & Entertainment was up and running as of October of 1993.  Her first convention was the National Sash & Door Jobbers Association.  Her contact, Bob O'Keefe, was a longtime friend and client of Lori's from her Marriott days.  He gave her his support and encouragement and she was on her way! Seventeen years and over eight hundred conventions later, Creative Dining & Entertainment has become a vital part of each major convention that meets in San Antonio!
