Creative Dining & Entertainment is both an advance and on site Convention Concierge Service located at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center, the Marriott Rivercenter Hotel and the Grand Hyatt Hotel-wherever your convention is taking place is where we want to be.  Consider Creative Dining & Entertainment your convention's personal concierge service!

Creative Dining & Entertainment has been providing this service since 1993. We work conventions consisting of 1,000 + attendees.  We are available to assist you, your staff, your attendees and exhibitors with all of your restaurant and entertainment information and reservation needs.  We give recommendations and will actually make restaurant reservations for everyone...right on the spot!

If you, your staff, your attendees and exhibitors need restaurant and entertainment recommendations and reservations before getting to San Antonio, we are available to assist with this as well. Simply link the Creative Dining & Entertainment website to your convention's website.  Your attendees and exhibitors click on "Attendees" or "Exhibitors" and we will take it from there!

Once on site, we work closely with the San Antonio Convention & Visitors Bureau, Destination Management Companies and any Local Host Committee you may have.  We all have the same goal...to make sure we take the best care of you, your staff, your attendees and exhibitors, so that you will want to return to San Antonio in future years.

What the Creative Dining & Entertainment Convention Concierge Service provides:
  • Restaurant and entertainment recommendations and reservations made both in advance and on site
  • "Take with" menus and coupons to local restaurant and entertainment venues
  • Trained Concierge staff, who in some cases, have been part of the Creative Dining & Entertainment team since 1993. We know San Antonio and all that it has to offer and we are eager to share this information with you, your staff, your attendees and exhibitors!
What we need from you in order to be on site at your convention:
  • Space for "The Convention Concierge" by Creative Dining & Entertainment's display.  The display requires a 10' x 20' space, which includes room for a four foot table/chairs.  (See photo of the Creative Dining & Entertainment display.)  You provide the space needed in your registration area or any other "high traffic" area and our staff will set up and dismantle the display.
  • One four foot table and two or three chairs (depending on the number of Creative Dining & Entertainment staff) which is placed off to the side of the Creative Dining & Entertainment display.
  • One incoming/outgoing telephone line and telephone enabling the Creative Dining & Entertainment staff to make local restaurant and entertainment reservations.
  • Electricity for the Creative Dining & Entertainment's display's header.
  • One sign/easel stating "Free Restaurant & Entertainment Reservations Made Here!"

The staff at Creative Dining & Entertainment understands that you have enough on your plate to get ready for your upcoming convention.  We know that you work hard to ensure that your convention goes smoothly and that your attendees and exhibitors leave San Antonio having had a great convention experience.
